The Distribution Management Association (DMA) is the premier trade organization in Southern California for the logistics and supply chain professional. Membership in this non-profit organization benefits its members both professionally and personally and offers many distinctive advantages. It s a great way to learn about and participate in issues and events effecting the logistics and supply chain industries. DMA strives to provide members with information regarding new legislation and advancements in logistics and supply chain technology. The annual fee pays for your meals at all regular meetings, helps cover program costs and administrative expenses.
Through regular meetings, fellowship and an administrative office, the DMA:
Offers local networking and educational opportunities
Provides access to local governmental, non-profit and training resources
Helps members to stay informed on industry related topics and strategies
Assists out of work members to locate opportunities and stay connected
Administers a Community College Scholarship program developed for members, their children and logistics students
Supports local childrens charities such as A Foundation for Kids
DMA offers several membership level options. There are fees offered for Individual Members, Academia Members, Full Time Students and Corporate Membership. The annual fees pay for your meals at all our regular meetings and helps to cover program costs and administrative expenses. Memberships are approved by the Board of Directors. Once approved you will receive your user name and password for access and registration.
Individual Memberships Individuals working in the logistics supply chain or a related field.
Corporate Memberships Single member representing a company who wishes to invite up to three fellow employees to DMA functions. Your company logo will also be displayed on our website Sponsor page (hyperlinked to your company website) as well as at all of our regular monthly meetings
Academia Members Individuals who are employees of a College or University in the capacity of professor, instructor or administration.
Full Time Student Members Full time student majoring in a logistics supply chain related field (must provide proof of full time student status)
